Ppl are soooo crazy we can move at anytime but I told my SO I refuse to move cuz that batch I've been here way longer and unless we can find a bigger better place in the same location. I'm not budging honestly I think I stay here more out of spite ?I'm sure when she noticed I was pregnant with my LO we would be moving to a bigger place but nope I co sleep so no need for LO to have her own room wishful thinking ?

Omg @holly that sounds just like her lol. She has complained to the association about the birds outside being to loud in the morning so she tried to get bushes cut down. She has also complained about the landscapers here at 10 or 11am. I do hate when they come here at 7am. That's just to freakin early

I dont think we can go to the meetings because we rent. We are her only close neighbors. We have neighbors on the other side of us but u never hear them and they never hear u because of the firewall between us. This place was also built very poorly. That's why we can hear everything above us

The next time that happens, I would have the cops go and knock on her door to talk to her. She sounds like a horrible person. If you have an HOA, I would find out what other neighbors she's harassing and band together at your next meeting to get them to do something.

on the wall anything my 11 month old cries doesn't matter time of the day or night one time I was taking a bath at 1 am cuz I had a broken leg and that was the only thing that soothed the pain and I refused to take pain killers she came banging on my front door telling me I can't use the water cuz she can hear it running in her unit ( are u f*** ing kidding me ) she's complained to the landlord that my dogs bark all day and night over the weekends .. my family and dogs aren't even home on the weekends where at our cabin.. the other day I was sweeping off my patio she came around the corner asking me if I'm smoking weed cuz she smells it ( it's the townhouse on the other side that smokes weed ) she's always trying to fine things to get me in trouble when idk why non of our neighbors like her she's known as the b**** ... she's so loud I hear here having sex ( her and my room share a wall) she has different men in and out of her house all kinds of the hours .. her son a little thief I've caught him trying to steal my son's bike .. and i hear her and her son Constantly screaming at each other at mid night .. one day I just got feed up and knocked on her door I was like " just so you know quiet hours are from 10 pm-8 am so anytime other then that I can be loud as I f*** ing wanna be you want to complain about water and maybe a baby crying at f*** ing night why don't u go live in a house without neighbors also by the way I've talked to the landlord and she knows I'm not home on the weekends so next time u want to claim my dogs are barking you want to actually make sure there home u lying b**** )) ever since then she doesn't even look at me when I see her outside also now whenever I hear here having sex our screaming at her son I start kicking the wall 2 can play this game I'll have to say tho she hasn't banged on the wall once when my daughter cries ...neighbors that think there s*** don't stink ??

Well she above us, so I could imagine what it would be like if she were below us. Having young children in places like condos and apartments just does not work with people like her around.

In my old house the neighbor downstairs always complained about my then 1 yr old making too much noise. One day he brought me downstairs in the apartment to hear "what he deals with". It was only 7:50 pm! He was always making threats to call the cops or dss when my son was up late. It was crazy! It got to a point I carried him around any time after 8 to avoid him yelling up the stairs. The landlord suggested I go to court with the threats but he must have talked to him because he stopped. That man complained so much about everyone who lived there it was another big reason that the landlord just decided to sell the property. So we both had to move out. Thanks buddy.

Sounds like she still is an alcoholic if she's going out to the bar & behaving so erratically other times!

This lady used to be an alcoholic, she tried to kill herself here to. She is nuts and everyone knows it. We were told by the condo association that would should not talk to her or anything. They were supposed to do something about her and it feel through for some reason like there was not enough proof for the few times we called the cops on her because her and her boyfriend are loud all night and arguing. Like I said in my other post about her, she was a problem to us before we even moved in here. My husband's mother does nothing about it everytime we tell her that she called the cops on us. I think she I just happy she does not live here anymore and now we have to deal with her

It shouldn't matter. The person was using both and they had a record of each unnecessary time they called and the last time they did they explained that it was wasting resources.

OP there actually is a certain amount someone is allowed to use 911. DH has done a few trips to a house and told them they are abusing the system and they will be arrested and fined if they call one more time for falsifying statements.

Well I think she is telling them lies about the noises she is hearing and says it's someone getting bet up or like she did this time abusing my child. She has also said banging like construction work lol. Hey if we wanted to put new walls up here we could as long as it between 7am and 9pm. It may be 10pm but not sure. Like right now I can hear her arguing with someone about money. That's how loud she speaks and she yells and curses a bunch to while she is talking. She is also stomping while she walks to where it shakes our chandelier. She always stomps when she walks. Wish I could pick it up on my phone but I cant. And cops always have to come to a call in case it really is an emergency I guess, but I still don't understand why after 2 years of this they don't see a pattern with her. It makes no sense

I feel like next time, the cops need to go to her house and tell her to stop falsely calling the police (I'm sure there's an actual term lol) and that if she continues she can be charged. But I would still file harassment on her if I were you. That absolutely insane

Why do the cops even waste their time during normal hours? Doesn't the law say something like "between xAM and xPM you can make noise" or something like that? I mean I understand them having to come investigate child abuse accusations, but they shouldn't be coming to your house for a noise complaint in the middle of the day. They need to explain to her that between certain hours she's going to hear a little noise, that's part of living in a condo or apartment. She needs to be in a single family home if she doesn't like it.

Oh and last night they got home at 11:30. They walked around in the bedroom till about 12:15 waking me up a few times again, and I got to hear them doing it. Awesome. Guess they came back from the bar again. I'm waiting for the cops to show up again because I did litter boxes and my son threw a tantrum.

They are always nice when they come here. We invite them I and we all talk and they love our son. They just said that we really need to file a harassment charge. They always see there is nothing wrong going on in our place. We see the cops at our place at least once or twice a month. She calls over normal noises, like if you drop something, I'm cleaning, closing doors behind us because we don't want our son in the basement, garage or master bedroom, cleaning litter boxes, and moving stuff into our condo from our last place where we lived. This is why I'm so glad I don't live in an apartment anymore. I did when my son was born but luckily I only had one neighbor and she was just beside us, not on top. Anywho, that lady sounds crazy.

If my neighbors called the cops on me every time my kids threw a tantrum, they'd be here 1/2 the day.

That's ridiculous!!! My son would throw tantrums that lasted up to 20 minutes and when I lived in an apartment not once did we have the cops called. What did the cop even say?
