place raw cabbage leaves on your breasts. or hot shower, as hot as you can stand it and let the water run over your breasts. be really careful if they get too encouraged you could end up with clogged ducts and mastitis, it just happened to my sister 3 months ago when she had her daughter.

it does work but i never got the hang of it..if its in budget get a manual pump $30..
