I am so constipated! i can't even remember the last time I pooped. I've been trying everything miralax, stool softeners, I got some Fiber gummies...and Still nothing. I took the gummies and like 20 mins later my belly hurt like I needed to go so I went to restroom but all it was, was gas. I know this is TMI but I need help. And I'm not pregnant, my daughter is one, son is almost six. I don't have a Dr either we moved recently.

Smooth move tea has been my go to for constipation issues. it takes a while to work but it works.

buy a bottle of milk of magnesia. take a couole swigs. You may not poop right away, but when it hits you'll be shitting your brains out

I swear by chia seeds. I put them in everything. Helps to keep me regular and they are good for you! Win, win😊

Go to Walmart and get senokot it's a lifesaver it helped me so much I was impacted so bad that I ended up in the ER and had to get an enema and then my dr told me about senokot and it was great! You will have a bowel movement the next day

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?

Starting TWW. Anyone else? I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.
