Any advice on how to produce more milk?

The honest company lactation plus pills work for me 😊

Mothers milk tea, oatmeal and LOTS of water 🙌🏼 that saved me lol

I drink water but seems like I only do 2oz quick per breast and after that only lil drops but it takes forever to drop from my pump.

vitacoco coconut water does wonders for me.... I literally see a difference the next day.

tons of water and or Gatorade

You can get the mothers milk tea at target and most grocery stores :)

wall mart, giant, shopper's, 7/11 stores... or online
