I usually let my son nurse for about 15-25 minutes per breast. The problem is that he tends to fall asleep after eating off just one breast, while I'm burping him. Leaving me with one empty breast and one painfully engorged breast. He's 13 days old and ebf. Thinking it might be time to break out the breast pump and start freezing, just so I can get some relief.

just remember you can create a painful over supply... pumping now while your supply is still regulating.

Short Luteal Phase?
