Stress caused me to deliver 1 month before 😕

I have read in some circumstances it even affects birth weight and sometimes the babies come earlier. but I'm assuming that these are like the most drastic extreme cases.

I've done a lot of research online about stress and the effect they can have on an unborn baby I would suggest you doing the same. it can have a lot of negative effects if you have a lot of extreme stress constantly they say it can even affect their brain.
