Okay yeah it's already been said but rubbing alcohol works fantastic to get it off and for the most part it won't irritate you :)

@babyj0916, I had surgi strips on instead of external stitches or staples. My doc said to leave them on till they fell off on their own.

Makeup wipes/ nail polish remover on a paper towel. (Obviously only if it won't touch your actual stitches!!) --- I haven't had a c section but I know the tape you speak of lol like only on your skin part. I repeat, NOT on any broken skin

Are you talking about the sticky glue part being stuck to you still?
