I am so incredibly grateful for my best friend. Last night she and I were in a car accident. I was driving and we got hit by a student driver. My car is totaled, I had to come out of pocket for a rental car. Both of my kids car seats were in the car and I’ve been stressing on how to buy new seats for them, she just told me that her and her husband bought us new car seats. I can’t stop crying.

I was doing the middle but then I went to get my carseat checked and asked where the carseat is safest at. They informed me that I could place the carseat anywhere I'd like to as long as it was properly installed. So now since my daughter is really heavy we moved her behind the driver.

Mines in the middle as of today, it feels much more secure and tight being that I have a two door car, the seats are awkward.

I have two kids so one on each side. My daughter was in the middle for awhile when it was just her and then behind the passenger seat so that I could reach her easily.

when i traded in my convertible i looked for a car with a back captain seat, a seat without a hump in the middle, so i could put the car seat in the middle. it feels safest to me and i don't care that it has become inconvenient to put him in it because he's heavy, at least he's safe.
