How many weeks were you when you installed the baby’s car seat in your car?

I washed/cleaned the car seat a few days ago, but my car is currently in the shop 😭 so hopefully I'll put the base in soon.
Around 30 weeks I installed the base for both babies, I’ll probably wait a little longer this time around lol.
36 weeks I installed the base with both pregnancies. And when it was time to go to the hospital that’s when I put the car seat in the car

Uhhh with my first? The base was in at 20 weeks because I was waaaay too eager 😂 this time we have no idea but we’re seriously considering going straight to a convertible and will probably be installed 2-3 weeks before my due date
How is your pregnancy going so far!! Did you decided fully on a name yet?
@mommakayla18, it’s going great! Little to no symptoms, except those nasty leg cramps!! And yes we decided on Ellie Rinae. She’ll be getting my middle name like Parker has his dad’s middle name.

@parkers_mommy, it’s going good! She should be here in about 3 weeks 🤞🏻 I’m so uncomfortable lol awe we are naming my daughter elianna but her nickname will be Ellie. Those leg cramps suck so bad I’m so thankful I don’t have them anymore I had them for like two month especially at night. I’m glad everything is going well
The measuring is so weird because I always feel like it’s off by a pound or two! The dr told me to that the boys would be 9lbs and they were tiny. I just hope she isn’t over 8.5lbs
@mommakayla18, I was always measuring ahead too and he ended up almost 10 lbs lol
@llcoolkay, oh god do not tell me that 😅 my boys always measured big like 2-3 weeks ahead but they were 7’8 and 7’14 I always carry a lot of fluid it’s weird.
@mommakayla18, yeah my friends just had her baby yesterday and at 38 weeks they told her she would be 8.5lbs but she ended up being 7.13.
Not til the day I came from the hospital ! Lol ur not really supposed to install them until labor and stuff because if u get into an accident u have to get rid of them u can’t use baby car seats or base if they were in the car wen there was an accident ..
I’m definitely doing it before because I’m so OCD about how the car seats are properly put in and I don’t want to be installing a car seat in the car when I’m not feeling great after birth and in freezing December 😬 but i completely understand why you say to wait though!
@mommakayla18, I didn’t have to do it I had my mom put it in for me since she was the one taking me home in her car . Lol

Have you ever accidentally locked your child in a car? I mean like honestly didn't realize you locked them in.
Is this a girls car? Like if you passed it on the road would you think a girl drives it?

Ladies that have 3 kids and kinda close to my kids age what car seat do you have? Also how do you have then in your car as well. I have a suv and can move one child to thrid row but dont want to just yet.
