Well it was definitely warranted. There was huge problems with our house right from the get go. We actually moved in during a tornado and they set our code incorrectly so we were locked out of the only shelter we had with a two year old and me 8 mounts pregnant. (The tornado literally came out of no where) Then our windows broke and there was a burst pipe (not from the tornado) and the carpet was wet. We moved into another house and a day later, my son said his socks were wet. I assumed maybe he spilled his water or had an accident but when I checked the paint on his bedroom wall was bubbled out like a giant water balloon about ready to bust and the carpet was soaked. The fridge had leaked down the wall to his lower level bedroom. Our oven isn't working right. Our fridge is leaking again but this time leaking inside ruining any food below it. We have shelves missing in our kitchen cabinets. The sprinklers spray the kids' bedroom windows and wake them up at night. Our house is brand new mind you. Haha They finished it the day we moved in. @desirechild

Haha! I know! We might get our rent free for last month too, their screw up, but I'd still put that money towards other bills 🙄😔
