My baby is 3 weeks old. I know you're not suppose to bathe them everyday but I do sponge bathe him every 2 days out of the week. Is that okay?

Starting TWW. Anyone else? I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.
How often do you give your babies baths? I bathe my babies every night with their soap but my sister only bathes her 18 month old once a week with soap and every night just water. I was just wondering what everyone else does.
