So my baby has a cold and ear infection and he can't breathe through his nose and he fights the hell out of me when I try to clean it. Sadly I have to pin him down but I can hear all the mucus in his throat. How can I get it out?

baby saline also helps break it down and a humidifier will help.

nose frida!! at Walmart or Walgreen's /CVS its a nose suction thing that works amazing one 15 bucks

@lillysmommy everyones telling me humidifier but i cant get my hands on one right now. might use the shower methos. now if only I can put the saline while hes asleep lol

My daughter hated the nose sucker thing and the baby saline but when she had a cold it help so much

@andrewsmommy, yes use the shower method- i had to do this many times before I got a humidifier... also if you have baby vicks put it on the bottom of his feet back and chest- yes saline and nose sucker (my son still hates the nose sucker buuuut the dr said it has to happen or they can develop a sinus infection)

buy some tea tree oil and put a little in the bathtub and run the hot water, the tea tree oil will clear him up. just close the bathroom door and let him breathe in the tea tree oil. it's like vicks but better. also the nose frida works wonders, it's another suction for the boogies.
