Day 6 into breastfeeding and I can feel a hard ball in my boob. What is it and how do I get rid of it??

Could be a milk duct. pump it out, nurse baby on that boob more, hot cloth over it and massage the milk out or when in the shower massage your boob under hot water
Probably a clogged duct. Try heat and massage

I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
