I posted this on my Instagram as my 5 week post partum progress. One girl commented saying "I don't look good, I still look three months pregnant and I have stretch marks"...lol yikes, girl. Not only are we supposed to uplift and encourage one anther as women...but to drag a perfect stranger down..particularly a new mom? I wasn't phased at all but more mind blown that anyone would say that. Anyway..here I am 5 weeks post partum and currently 26 pounds down. I have lots of body fat to lose and lots of muscle to gain and about 13-18 more pounds to lose but I'm happy with this. Exercising twice a week so far but increasing to three times weekly, drinking over a gallon of water a day, eating healthy and just started tracking macros again, and breastfeeding. Anyone interested in meal and workout plans - message me - serious inquiries only and yes, I charge to train people.
