If you give your baby "baby oragel" make sure it's a very minute amount. I've been have a toothache so I used less than the pea size which they recommend and half my tongue and my problem area is numb.
Great to be out of pain! Scary how such a little amount gets so numb!

someone just advised me yesterday to not give a baby any kind of orajel bc they could swallow some and make it hard for them to swallow. scary stuff! I won't be using it on my daughter when she starts teething. I'll be using either a teething ring or tablets that are 100% natural specifically for teething babies

When I personally use oragel I use a Qtip to make sure it gets where it needs to go lol and the above is correct- they don't really suggest it but they do make a natural one!

@jessicarose0602, @usafwife I know! I used it when my child was younger until I licked the excess off and realized how numbing it was. After that I never gave her any and recently I got some because she's much older and getting her canines. Which are the worst! Still didn't even use it but used it on myself because I knew it'd help me. Hahah.

@imhermomduh, I used it for myself a lot during my wisdom tooth pain before I got them removed! It's strong that's for sure!
