jodiec I don't think it matters I never the first few nights but by day 3 it started
jodiec @cmcdon203, also pineapple is supposed to help apparently x
cmcdon203 @jodiec, got told on my midwifery placement that u have to eat 10 whole pineapples for it

felicjuh started walking as well on top of cleaning everything.. even drunk a full bottle of pineapple juice.
