My parents want to keep my oldest daughter for a couple weeks while I adjust to new baby life and every time they bring it up I kind of get quiet and start talking about something else.
Like I understand while I'm in the hospital and maybe a day or so after...but weeks? I can take care of my children. Idk, I want my daughter to be a big sister and I feel like those first weeks are crucial to their relationship.

I agree it's nice! But I couldn't be without my cuddle bug! Also they live like a mile down the street. Haha. @gcpaschal idk whenever I think of the pros and cons I think maybe I'm overthinking it.

I think I would be the same as you. If someone offered that to me, I'd think in my head that they didn't think I were capable of doing it on my own. Of course that's probably not the case at all and the first few days would be nice but like you said, I would want both my babies around each other 😊
