can they see anything on a ultrasound at 5 weeks 3 days with Counting back from the last menstrual period? I have been having swollen boobs/sore nipples, frequent urination,fatigue, and increase cervical mucus. they are doing the ultrasound to see why I'm late since I'm not ever late.

I had one at 5 weeks 1 day and baby had a heartbeat of 113bpm and we also saw baby. I thought I was 9 weeks but I guess I ovulated late.
