So I had my postpartum appointment today. I'm one month postpartum.
And my doctor didn't check me.. I know I had stitches. And I thought he would've checked if I was all healed up but he didn't check me at all. Not even to see if my uterus was back in place.
Anyone else had that happen to them? I have a check up in 3 months. But I thought they were supposed to check you if you were okay. And he cleared me for sex and other activities now too. I was like, how do you know though?

they're supposed to call back to the Dr office and say you want to be checked for your stitches and your uterus that wasn't done or ask if another Dr will do it

They did that to me too. And they scheduled me for a biopsy and cancelled and told me to wait until December. I'm almost 3months postpartum now.

I did have stitches, and I actually had sex 5weeks postpartum, I guess I couldn't wait to be with my SO lol. I'm doing great, I was so scared that things were not going to work the same down there but they do as far as I'm concerned. One thing I have had is my period came back at 8 weeks pp for two days and I cramped before then and on and off ever since. The nurse suggested a pregnancy test, and if negative and still cramping in a couple weeks to call to go in to make sure everything is okay. Only problem I've had though. Also hoping I'm not pregnant since my son is not even 3 months yet.
