Short Luteal Phase? I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Things I never thought I'd say... Until I became a mom:
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?

I've talked to them, I've had appointments, everything. I'm trying even more herbs at this point but they say most people can only double their current supply, which would only give me 4oz a day, and that some people just can't produce for some reason. @babes101116

What have you tried? I've been drinking a lactation smoothie and taking fenugreek daily for a wk and my supply doubled

Mothers milk, fenugreek, and started 2 other herbs yesterday that the lactation center suggested. @bianca_rose

@babes101116, I attach her at least once a day, but she only gets 2ml a breast so I'm stuck pumping to increase supply so she can nurse! And thanks @bianca_rose I will try that!

You're welcome! And try to get her to latch as much as possible, they're way better at it than the pump, even if you let her latch and suck a while and have her bottle right there. How old is she?

3 weeks. And we try but she doesn't like latching and not getting any milk @bianca_rose

Yeah I know, they get pissed lol I'd highly recommend the smoothies and the fenugreek. I had a breast reduction so most of my milk ducts were cut and it's still upped my supply, I was very doubtful
