@2queenbee9, tell me about it. I just feel like don't try to be in the room if you know we don't really have a relationship but if you're my "mom in law" why not try to have a relationship but oh well who cares.

Well our relationship is somewhat like that as well. She aint my mom and we never spoke of her being there ever so is why she thought that. And you definitely dont want any confusion. Get it all squared away now. People are iggy sometimes

@2queenbee9, lol no it's fine and that was selfish of her just because she couldn't be in there she's not going to take the oldest son that was messed up well at least this time you don't have to worry about that and have everything planned. I will definitely tell him to make it clear to her even though she probably already should know seeing how we don't talk but she made a joke like are y'all naming her after me like NO TF. I just don't want it to be any confusion.

um. his mother did want to be in the room at the last minute, that was because my fiance didn't tell her no like I told him so long before. she was supposed to keep my oldest son while we had the baby and left the hospital mad because she couldnt be there and wouldn't take my son. so long story short my fiance spent most of my labor and almost miss his sons birth trying to find someone to keep my son. at that point i couldn't stand either of them because had he told her early on it wouldn't have been a problem because I would have found someone else. she called an apologized to him the next day after he cussed her out but never said anything to me. needless to say she fake like the shit never happened and so did i so this time I told him she isnt invited, my sister is keeping my kids and she can visit a week after the baby is born. he already knows from getting chewed put the last time what's up. sorry it wasn't short!!! lol. it just pissed me off all over again

@2queenbee9, yea I know but he will be there unless the police academy doesn't let him leave he doesn't care it's my choice he just said he knows his mom will want to be there but that's not my problem. How'd you handle everything

You don't even have to have him in the room so remind him of that. it's your decision. i had the same issue and it caused lots of stress on the day of delivery that i didn't need. put your foot down now

@joceyyyy, lol , I'll give her the reason myself but no seriously I might just have too but the hospital I'm going to you can only have I believe 3 in the delivery room so she wouldn't be allowed back anyway. Him , my mom and grandma not leaving me

@polancobaby, lol mine said he won't even tell ppl I had her until we get home 😂 he don't want everyone coming to the hospital bc he already knows that's going to cause problems. & I don't mind them coming over just give us a few days and YESSSSS BRING FOOD LOL.

tell the nurse to tell anyone who you don't want in there that they're not allowed lol they don't need to give a reason so his mom will just assume it's hospital rules

yess.!! I'm like bring me food well you come see her and that's how you will be let in the room.. but no one is gonna be there... just Me and my husband.. my husband doesn't even want ppl there once she is her but I don't want ppl.in my apartment once I'm home... he doesn't understand that

just make sure you have them bring you food!!! lol

@polancobaby, I know how you feel EVERYONE feels they need to be in there I'm like y'all can come after or when we get home why y'all feel the need to be in the delivery room.

@dabcw3814, exactly I'm not that close with his mom only time she calls me is when she wants something / for me to do something like that literally the only time she calls. & I just don't really have a connection with her.

everyone thinks they're gonna be there for mine.. BUT no one is getting a message till she is here..

at the end of the day is about how comfortable you are, it's a day for y'all

I don't want his mom in there and she won't be. I am not close with her. I can't imagine her loud ass being there. You have who you want.
