I guess I'm taking my daughter's father to court. he is refusing to pay his part of babysitter "bills." has a bunch of excuses why he won't pay them. just hurts me more then he knows because I still have to pay for the tent rental from her birthday party that he hasn't offer to help pay either. he would tell me that's what the child support is for. no boy, child support is for her food, diapers, and Essentials. NOT for fun stuff and any extra not for her daily life. I had a baby with a child. I am seeing that more and more now.

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?

I need some help/knowledge on child support and taxes?! Her father pays child support monthly.. My daughter lives with me, I haven't filed my taxes yet. I'm planning on doing it this weekend. My ex just texted me and said - "Hey my dad is doing my taxes for me and he needs ur social security number n your full name, cause I need to claim back some of the taxes from the child support. And he said u can still claim Mia it won't affect it he already asked the tax people. So if u can send it over that be great thanks." However, when I googled it...I found out child support is outside of taxes. I FEEL like he's lying to me to try to get my social so he can claim our daughter. Anyone know?!

Dad's FB Video!! Did anyone see that video a dad posted on his daughters FB page? He saw a post she made where she bashed her parents and cursed them, called them lazy and told them they should pay her for stuff she did around the house... So he called her out on it and put the video on her page!! Sorry if I missed a post already about this already, but I just saw the video and IT WAS AWESOME!!! Hahahhaa!
