I guess I'm taking my daughter's father to court. he is refusing to pay his part of babysitter "bills." has a bunch of excuses why he won't pay them. just hurts me more then he knows because I still have to pay for the tent rental from her birthday party that he hasn't offer to help pay either. he would tell me that's what the child support is for. no boy, child support is for her food, diapers, and Essentials. NOT for fun stuff and any extra not for her daily life. I had a baby with a child. I am seeing that more and more now.

@shann, my lawyer is already on it. oh and I was able to find a lawyer working my case pro bono.

I just feel like a horrible mother. I want her to see his family but if he can't help me out why would I want him to help me watch her and give me a break? @shann I just don't want anything to happen to my daughter.

at her birthday party I noticed when it was his family and Katrina hanging around he didn't want to really do anything with her but when all eyes where on her and him he wanted to do stuff.
