Hes probably lying about he knows his way around child support...barely anyone knows that secret and plus a very tough and hard process hes claiming to know about...Is he private or public??? Do he still have regular car insurance?? If yes to car? And if yes for hes public ...then hes lying about his claims

Tanf. You file for it at your local social services or online at their website and they will give money, basically like child support, to help you and your child. They go after the father, has to be known as the father dna wise, as to why i said def get the dna test, but you can still get tanf without having it and once you find out or get the dna results, you can go back in and let them know,

Where I live, you can come up with your own amount and if you both agree, they'll do it but im not 100% sure how they get their numbers based off the income of the person who is going to be paying.

If he has child support going out for other kids ull receive less or depending on what ge makes and pays out u could receive the same it just all depends or if u go in saying that u guys have it worked out and u only want him to pay for Medicaid
