It's my midwife appointment tomorrow and I'll be 40 weeks + 3 days. Here are my questions....
⭕️Will the midwife offer me a sweep?
⭕️Will it be done there and then?
⭕️Does anyone have any experience where they've had a sweep and it's worked with in a few hours rather than days?

I had a sweep at 40 + 5 days. Went into labour 7 hours later after a hot madras curry. X

I went to triage with bad contractions and I was 2 centimetres and hour later the midwife gave me a sweep and immediately I went into labour x

Depends on your midwife.. I'll be seeing mine on my due date but she won't give me a sweep. Xx
