ughh my boob hurts so much rn it has a lump in it and I feel horrible its not because my son isn't latching right either because he is , it doesn't hurt when feeding but it just hurts when I'm not and I just hurt😢😥

It's probably a stock milk duck! A hottish shower or hottish washrag on it will help you! Along with @akeelah_naomi_mommy said to do!

pump it out with a warm compress rub area where lump is!
