HELP!

i am 35 weeks pregnant with my second baby. this pregnancy is close to my last. my babies will be a year apart. about an hour ago i started getting sharp pains in the lower right part of my stonach that shoot into my hips. i had this happen a while ago and was only sent home with 2 tylenol and was told it was just round ligament pain. and that because my pregnancy is close to my last that the pain will be worse. well its happening again, i can't breathe or move through it. i took a hot bath, took 2 tylenol, drank water and am now laying on my keft side with pilllows propped under me and nothing is helping! what should i do?
