My daughter is 10 weeks we are strictly on formula at this point. Today was her first "hard poop" ( like peanut butter) all were liquid until now. She was really straining and cried in pain. I just want to know if this normal and will the pain eventually go away for her? Also is there anything I can do to help her? Thank you in advance!
I feel like my daughter is in pain but obviously can't read her mind... I want to get Tylenol but don't know If I should give it to her BC I don't know for sure if she's in pain.. 😨

My little had some constipation issues too! I put just a little bit of 100% prune juice in her formula and it moves things along. It doesn't make it diarrhea or runny, just makes her poop. They say any 100% juice will work but prune juice seemed fitting.
