I am now within 5-10 pounds of my pre-pregnancy weight. Eating healthy foods with some sweets every couple of days but keeping it balanced, doing treadmill sprints twice a week with body weight and resistance band workouts (starting slow until I can really increase my supply) drinking tons of water and breastfeeding. Yes, I have plenty of body fat to lose and muscle that I need to regain which will take a lot of time but sticking to a plan is what will get it done. Please do not buy into the body wraps, the corset waist trainers, the miracle fat burners, the one month fixes and so on. It is the same as a get-rich-quick scheme...this shit takes time. Please be smart about your body and be smart with your money! Hire a trainer if you need help. Anyone needing advice on health and nutrition or looking for meal plans and/or workout plans please feel free to reach out to me. I am a trainer. Not a sales person
