crock pot dinners are perfect (roast w/potatoes, crock pot pizza, etc). you could also make baked dinners like lasagna and freeze that too. I made a homemade pot pie and froze it before I had my son, lasted me a week once I was home.

ok I will definitely keep that in mind tomorrow! Would 1 weeks worth food be enough, do you think?

Alfredo is always an easy dinner fix. You could stock up on the frozen lasagna, pastas, etc.. In the freezer section. Those are good and all you have to do is pop them in the oven.

what do you suggest @ginnalynn ? I thought about preparing single dump crockpot dinners too...

it's also helpful to freeze food that you've already prepared. it's way healthier than snacking constantly and having all that processed food full of salt and chemicals

Those are the type of things I had in mind, but I wanted to be sure I wasn't missing out on something particularly convenient lol

Granola bars have been my life saver, little bags of cookies or crackers. Things you can snack on. You don't really have the energy to do a lot of cooking. Easy things to make maybe like the little microwaveable cups of Mac & cheese, hot pockets , sandwich stuff. That's what I've been living off of lol!
