So I had 2 beers today, am I supposed to pump my next milk out & throw it out ? I read that the alcohol supposedly leaves your milk in the same time like it does your blood but I don't know if this is true 😬

You only need to pump & dump if you can feel the affects of alcohol, if you can't then you're fine to breastfeed. 😊
Yes that's true. If youve waited about 90 mins, you're fine. Pumping and dumping doesn't do anything except relieve you if you get engorged

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
