her eye is starting to get super red and is almost crusted shut everytime she wakes up. Is this the starting pink eye? my doctors told me a week or so ago it's a blocked tear duct but now its red  and swollen

Just one eye? Her tear ducts could be clogged. That's how my husband's son was.
