My poor baby has a hard time pooping, he's not constipated cus his poop is mustardy and seedy. I'm breastfeeding n I don't drink cows milk so idk y he has such a hard time😞

Guys my sons poop has been hard the last 3 poops.. Help???
So , my son has had trouble pooping since he was born. He’s now a month old and is just starting to poop on his own (on occasion ) and the last two days he has been but the poops been hard , and today I noticed some blood in it .. I’m almost 100% sure it’s because of how hard it is , so idk if I wanna take the chance to call the pediatrician, what do you moms think? Anyone ever have this issue ? Picture in the comments

But he turns red n cries non stop until he finally passes gas or poops😞. I've searched up ways to help but they don't seem work, my next step is to try baby wearing. Which is said to help.
