Guys my sons poop has been hard the last 3 poops.. Help???

I give my son a half a ounce of plan cold water and it loosens him up and he can poo normally after his Dr suggested to give him water if he was backed up and it works really good

he doesn't drink the whole bottle at once. just a few gulps here and there throughout the day.

my son has drank the Gerber apple/ white grape juice since he was about 2 1/2 months old I have never had a single problem with it. you just have to make sure you water it down a lot. I put like a half ounce of juice and three ounces of water.

@kaydensmommy, my daughter is 2 months old, too. A tiny amount won't hurt them. Like literally a few drops in an ounce or two of water. I had to give me daughter some when she was about a month old.

@liamandaria, yeah I had used gerbers juice and it caused cramps and adam wouldn't stop crying a couple days later. The doctor said juice causing cramping so use vaseline. It's the least gentle on them

@adamsmaaa, even if its the juice for babies ? that's the one I used that was three years ago he always seemed okay and happy .but that's good to know now with this baby .

@kaydensmommy, don't do juice. He will have severe cramps and cry so much! The non painful way is to insert some vaseline in their butt . It'll start slipping out

I used to give my son water with very little apple juice and it helped him @kaydensmommy

You could give him a TINY amount of juice in some water.
