I can't stop crying this morning, all I want is my love, but he's at work and we're texting and I'm trying the best to explain how I'm feeling, but feel so lost, cause I don't even know what I want it need...

Why am I feeling so down and crappy about myself..

that was how I was this morning. I think it's mostly our hormones. once I ate something and listened to some music I chilled out. Try to take a bath and play music and focus on breathing. It will help with the RAGING hormones

I felt that way when I was pregnant, I used to sit and watch my boyfriend leave to work and used to start bawling tears . it's the hormones

I think I am the same way, my girl is over 11 months old now and I have been stay at home since about 4 months pregnant and been breastfeeding my girl since she was born, she never took a bottle and is still very dependent on nursing as she isn't eating many solids yet, so I literally never get alone time or any breaks...it's hard, so definitely my suggestion is to seek help about your anxiety AND depression and please accept the help where you can because I wish I had done the same early on...I am only now coming to grips with the possibility that I need help...

@hellosweetie,

I've always had anxiety & depression as well. It was better before I got pregnant, well all up until now actually.

I'm just home alone or bored a lot and Thad exactly what causes my depression to start up.

It's okay, you are going through a LOT of big changes and are getting VERY close to bringing s human into this world, it can be stressful and scary and many feelings can pop up as you get closer. If you're having a hard time right now, I strongly suggest talking to your doctor about the possibility of having PPD when the baby comes. Depression and whatnot during pregnancy is linked to having PPD later on, and although you will love your baby sooo much, it may be really hard for you to just enjoy yourself with your little one once they are born...I wish I would have discussed the possibility, I am almost 1 year pp and I still have rough days where I am just sooo lonely and depressed....but I have always had depression and anxiety so I just told myself to deal with it like I always have.
