with my son they ended up inducing me becajse after my water had broke. i was not havi g contractions..once they started. at 6:35 in the afternoon. .they had me push at 7 and he was born at 7:05 ...it went great..it helped in my case
It was shockingly easy for me. They started my Iv and gave me cervidal. I think that's how it's spelled. My contractions were a minute apart but only slight pain. Got Iv pain meds so I was able to take a nap. Slept for 4 hours woke up then I received my epidural. Went back to sleep. Woke up 4 hours later my water broke while I was asleep and then it was time to push as soon as I woke up. It was easy and I wasn't in any pain afterwards.
it hurt soooooo bad . I had preeclampsia so I couldn't get out of bed for 3 days & I had a catheter. so I was uncomfortable from just laying there so long then the meds they give me had me so so so uncomfortable
