No idea what the method is called but this what I did.... Just gently rubbing from around areolas to the nipple and softly brushing my fingers back & forth over the nipple. Was weird but once I stopped the BH contractions started a few mins later

I was talking about this earlier, I didn't do the hand expression method though cos I tried that but no results. Have a look at my previous post if you like x

This worked for my SIL she just sat in the bath and did it then went in later that night x

Yes @jetrum is right 15 minutes alternatively on each side for an hour all together 3 times a day. I would recommend it xx

This worked for me ! You have to start at the aereola and squeeze all the way to the end of the nipple like your milking a cow 🙈😂 your hands will get really messy 😷 xxx

no doesn't look like you use oil. I think it means 15 mins per nipple for an hour non stop so like 15 on the right 15 on the left then repeat and do that 3 times a day xxx

@jetrum, really?! oh God I'll give it a try then! did it say use oil or anything hahaha? so rub your nipples for 15 minutes each, and do that once every hour 3 times a day?.xxx

apparently you just rub each nipple for 15 minutes at a time for an hour for 3 hours a day xxx

I've literally just been googleing this!! I'm going to try it today! Read lots of success stories from it!! xxx
