My baby is 6 weeks today and she sounds sooo congested. She has a little cough too. 😢 I've been using the booger sucker to get some of that snot and mucus out but it doesn't seem like it's helping. I tried standing in a steamed bathroom and that didn't help either. The doctor told me they won't see her unless she has a fever and she doesn't. I don't know what to do to help her😣 Everytime she falls asleep she wakes her self up when she coughs. Ugh my poor baby😭 any ideas mommies?

@tiffany_sanft, they told me unless she has a fever it isn't dangerous or something. But I'm going to go buy the saline drops right now hopefully it helps. @octobermom14 I'm gonna have to try that too. We gave my humidifier to my aunt cause she baby was sick but I'll have to get it back.

The saline nose drops are really helpful as is a humidifier. That's weird that your doctor won't see her, though.. When my lo had a cold, they told me I could bring her to get looked at, but I opted out since she was just congested. But, I was told if she developed a cough to bring her in.

put vick on her feet with socks on and use the humidifier

They told me to do before a feeding and before a nap to do it and first thing when they wake up. Idk why they tend to get more congested when there sleeping

@izamarpink, She always always has socks on. I was going to go buy the saline stuff today during lunch. She hates her boogers being sucked. I just wish I could help her more.

My baby was the same way... Make sure she has socks on and always covered. My dr told me that almost all babies will sound like that because there getting use to the outside world and stuff. They won't give her nothing until she's 4-6 months , I tried the steam the sucker with saline and nothing worked I just kept taking his boogies out and eventually he would get better
