Ovia says my projected period date is on the 29th but this is what I just seen when I wiped. Felt some small cramping too before I had my nap as well. Anyone know what it could be?

Looks like implantation, but if it goes past 2 days or picks up in flow then it's probably your period. If not, take a test in 3 ish days!
