my son is 11 months old and always sleeps in my arms during nap time and has to have a bottle. my husband and i have gotten into arguments about this and we want him to start napping on his own in his crib. at night we let him cio and he sleeps fine. but i have trouble doing the same during the day. any tips on how to transition him? i dont want him to continuosly rely on bottle and being in my arms to nap :(
