Really wanted to have my baby boy last night, but for some reason I'm not dilating past 3 centimeters. I'm having contractions, but not dilating. They made me walk around for 2 hours, all that did was increase the pressure, but still no more dilation 😢😐😴😨 I'll probably try nipped stimulation.

With my first baby I was stuck at 5 cm for two weeks and they finally just induced me.
How do you know if you are dilated? Does your water have to break so you can be dilated? I'm 38 weeks and I still don't feel labor stuff lol

That's how my oldest was. It was crazy.
