@maya......, don’t get the epidural if you don’t want to. Just focus on breathing and not the pain. You can do it.

@xmakayluhx me too, I tried so hard. Imagine at 19 I did it all on my own. It would have been too late anyway cause my state (at the time) if you didn't take the class they wouldn't admin and I didn't 😯

i got epidural at 6 cm it just helped with pain, didn’t feel anything just a little pressure.

I recommend to only get the epidural if you just can't do it no more.

Have a walk. Sit on yoga ball. Drink water.
