So ladies I finished my first 20 minute kick boxing workout video! It was definitely hard but I'm so proud of myself for pushing through it. I feel better already from just building up the courage and putting effort towards bettering myself! I'm going to push myself to do longer and harder workouts! Tomorrow I'm planning on doing one and half workout videos and eventually get myself to doing 1 hour workouts! Its going to take time but it will be worth it! Anyone want to join me?!
