@pandapooooo, i took effervescent pills kinda ones that u dissolve in water and also epsom salt. it also got rid of my headaches!lovely really xx

Bought some epsom salts which is magnesium so hoping and praying that will soak into my legs!! What form did you take it in?? @apunini ?

I have a problem with my hips which means my knees and ankles get effected to. Try hot water bottle on your legs and a warm bath or get your partner to massage your legs xxx

I had the same when I was pregnant and as soon I was given iron tablets for low iron it started to go away, apparently you can get restless legs from having low iron so maybe get checked to make sure xx

Are u on any medications at present for sickness at all or anything else? How about a vitamin? U can take things like promethazine which has many uses inc for sickness but also used as a sedative. I alternate between that and another more powerful drug to help me sleep because I have another condition that's made worse by lack of sleep and I can get quite poorly. But I still don't get more than a few hours at a time and I'm afraid it doesn't get better only worse as time goes on I also have rls too

I feel ur pain @pandapooooo I suffered terribly with cts get yourself some splints off eBay they helped also sleep with ur arms hanging out of the bed or in the pillowcase with ur pillow I found that sometimes allowed me an hrs sleep xx
