if your water don't break , how many cm dilated do u have to be for them to keep you at the hospital ? Saturday I was 3cm dilated

I'm 4cm now and they sent me home still. They won't admit me until my water breaks or I'm 6cm

when I had mine my water hadn't broke at all it broke later at the hospital, an I was 3cm an fully faced an they kept me.

Depends on where you're at, you have to be having contractions though or making some kind of progress I think

I thought 4 cm was considered active labor
