Then you should still have it. But it will make finding another health care or any job with sensitive information a challenge. They can release why you were fired and if you're not honest with why you were either the new company would find out...

And if you had a license they can try to revoke it. If you were just a scheduler they can release that you were fired for hippa violations. Which will make finding and job with confidentiality an issue

Unless they have an internal policy against it, they can potentially say what they want to. My mom worked for a company that could only confirm or deny your employment through them due to a company policy.

You can still get another job but when they call your previous work places they have the discretion to tell them why you were fired.
