So I don't have a problem with my milk production but I did purchase some mothers milk tea, Is it just gonna make me produce more milk or what because if that's the case I'm taking that shit back, I'm pumping anywhere between 10-14oz per session and that's more then enough for my Nova.
Oh ok, yeah I'm pumping 10-14oz right now, but when will I regulate? I'm pumping 4 to 5 times a day @verobaby
from what i heard it's suppose to but i saw you are only 3 weeks pp. you are still over producing. you probably haven't regulated but as long as you keep feeding on demand & pumping when you need to you won't need to take or drink anything for supply.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
So because I got a cervical check done by a man my S/O says I'm "tampered" with and that's like cheating . wtf
Birth Plan Rant
I used to be all about getting an epidural, but after research and thinking about it more I want to have an unmedicated birth (this is my first baby). What annoys me is when I say that I'm going to TRY my hardest to have a natural and unmedicated birth people always feel the need to say that I'm crazy or that I'm going to change my mind when I get in that position. Or that epidurals are the best. I do realize that plans change, but why can't people be supportive and encouraging?

Can I see all the mommies belly's and how many weeks are you 😁 sorry that's the only pic I have that you can actually see my baby I'm 23 weeks today what do you think I'm having ?
everyone is different. i regulated very early around 3 weeks. the average is 6 weeks. you'll know you regulated because you won't leak anymore or you won't have that "full" feeling anymore. you'll think you aren't producing enough or your supply dropped but that is NOT true! it's a common misconception that makes mom's stop bf or start supplementing, which will hurt your supply. you might pump less when you regulate. that happened to me but you can teach your body to respond better to pumping. because baby latches & sucks different than a pump you will never empty breast with pump only. bf is supply & demand the more you nurse or pump the more you'll produce. my best advice to help your supply. stay hydrated trust me that can hurt a pump session. it has happened to me at work countless times.& continue to feed on demand & do not miss a pump or feed. aim for 2 let down when you pump. & relax! if you are stressed it does effect babies latch or how much you pump. sorry i don't know if you are nursing or just pumping or both.
