green poop not milk lol

green milk can be a sign of an allergy or that something you ate upset her tummy.

kellymom.com has great article explaining foremilk and hindmilk. there's not actually two kind of milk, the fat cells stixk to your ducts so at the beginning of the feeding its runnier milk to satisfy thirst but as the feeding progresses the fat breaks free and flows out with the milk. kellymom explains it so much better than me lol

Don't supplement just yet. If you produce enough foremilk, baby may get full before getting to the hindmilk. I would try pumping an ounce or so before you feed baby next time. That'll get rid of some foremilk so baby doesn't fill up before getting to the hindmilk. 😊 Hope that helps!

Oh ok my milk has a transparent tint to it but all I'm producing, so how can I get my other milk to come in? Or do I just supplement with formula @crunchymomma

it's opposit, green poop means your baby is eating mostly foremilk. you still have hindmilk but you have an over supply so the baby is full before reaching the hindmilk. a foremilk/hindmilk imbalance is not a problem though. one is just as nutritious as the other, it's just foremilk will make the baby a little gassy.
