how do I get rid of a clog duct? my breast has been really sore and I keep getting these sharp pains, please ladies, any advice? #BreastFeeding

Do you have a pump. Continuously pump or nurse that specific boob make sure you completely empty it. I usually press down where the clog is when I pump
