38 weeks and 4 days and feeling pain like period cramps on my lower abdomin first pregnancy so is this normal? and some what pain o my lower back somewhat
Having some pretty intense constant lower back pain and maybe super light contractions. But can't tell because the back pain is way over powering contractions so I'm walking around my room to see if they get worse.

Did your water break? Loss of your plug? It sounds like mild contractions to me... keep an eye on them and time them! @nena214

no water breAk and no plug omg its weird becaouse trew my whole pregnNcy ive felt no pains or nothing and i started feeling this like 2 hrs ago

walk around and if they were gone it's probably false labor or Braxton hicks

well the period cramp like wont go away they arent that bad from a 1-10 ill say a 6 but i feel them alright! lol

sounds like early labor ... that how mine started they felt like period cramps and slowley got stronger

Can you talk through them? I went to the hospital when it was just unbearable. I could barely walk and I wanted to slap everybody lol.
